The holiday home boasts a vast kitchen/diner that links to a covered outdoor area – perfect for entertaining – as well as a stunning garden with a lake and waterfall. Nearby days out include Balmedie Country Park and the coastal city of Aberdeen (both 7.5 miles).

The former coach house has been beautifully transformed into a luxurious holiday home, with spectacular social spaces, contemporary decor and design, and rural views from every room. Your comfort has been carefully considered and a plethora of luxurious extras, such as underfloor heating, have been included to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

Enter the property via a large entrance hall, where you’ll find ample space to store outdoor gear. From here, move through to the inviting lounge with its double-height ceiling and roaring wood burner. Unwind here, after a day of adventure, reading a book or watching the Smart TV. The social hub of the house is the kitchen/diner, where a sleek kitchen provides all the equipment needed to cater for a large group. Spend memorable evenings here, dining together around the table and enjoying the views of the leafy garden. In summer, throw open the patio doors to the covered seating area, for indoor/outdoor living. There are two gorgeous bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has an en-suite shower room. Completing this floor is a shower room and utility room.

The two remaining bedrooms are upstairs and benefit from their own en-suite facilities. Finally, rounding off this stunning abode is a stylish study area for catching up on emails or spending a quiet moment with a coffee and a good book.

The property has a magnificent private garden with a covered seating area for outdoor entertaining, as well as a bubbling hot tub under the stars. Further into the garden, you’ll find a picturesque waterfall and a lake that’s home to a family of swans, as well as walking trails through the woodlands and pretty areas for sharing a picnic on a summer’s afternoon.

Beautiful home, gorgeous scenery and nice location, hot tub was an added bonus. Owners could not do enough, very kind and friendly. Left a beautiful welcome basket, also neighbours in surrounding properties very welcoming. Family had a wonderful stay and will definitely be booking this home again.

We had a lovely relaxing week in this beautifully converted Coach House. The house is in a country estate but there are plenty of shops nearby. The open kitchen/dining area was perfect and has a lovely outlook to the grounds. The owners, who live on the estate, were so friendly and helpful. The property has a real wow factor and is located in an amazing setting. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and well presented. The kitchen had all the essentials and more. A lovely welcome basket with local products and extra touches for the dogs too. Craig and Sinead were great hosts, helpful and welcoming. Superb. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The property is presented to an excellent standard, is spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.
