Relax in luxury in this fantastic, contemporary house in the village of Bridge of Cally in the Scottish Highlands. From its elevated position, guests are spoilt by fantastic views of the changing colours of the woodland and glens. Occupying its own spacious plot in a secluded area guests can enjoy the tranquillity, however, it’s only 0.5 miles from the village shop, pub and holiday park with its bar and park. The village is also located on the 90-mile long scenic route ‘The Snow Roads’ which takes you on a tour of some of the most spectacular views and villages in the Cairngorms from Blairgowrie (6 miles) in the south/ to Grantown-on-Spey in the north. After a day exploring, you can recline in front of the open fire or plunge into your private hot tub for a spot of relaxation.
The splendour of this lodge-style, detached property is unmistakable as you enter through the gates. Throughout the property, the light walls contrast with the rich, dark colours of the expensive fixtures and fittings to create an opulent feel in each room.
On the ground floor, there is a large hallway which leads into the fantastically stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With floor-to-ceiling windows, guests can enjoy the stunning views from the comfort of the sofas, or you can open up the bi-fold doors to allow easy access to the patio and hot tub. On chillier evenings, you can snuggle up on the sumptuous sofas in front of the wood burner. There is plenty of seating at the dining table; it also turns into a pool table for the perfect after-dinner game. The classy kitchen is well-equipped and the island allows cooking to be a sociable activity. Completing the ground floor is a games room and a handy utility room, perfect for storing and washing muddy kit.
Upstairs, there are five well-appointed, spacious bedrooms akin to what you’d expect in a top hotel.
