Located in the historic picturesque village of The Bridge of Cally, within touring distance of the famous three glens, Glenshee, Strathardle and Glenericht, making this a fantastic base for all outdoor pursuits. The village has a traditional pub and restaurant serving daily meals, a post office with general store, weekend bar and ski hire cabin. The immediate area is also a paradise for walking and hiking with the long distance Cateran Trail to explore. The popular town of Blairgowrie is also close by with its excellent leisure, shopping facilities and renowned golf courses to enjoy.

Entering the luxurious property from the fully enclosed mature garden into the spacious hall, through to the light and bright, amazing open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area is the perfect place to relax with Smart TV/DVD, Bluetooth surround sound system and wood burner, ideal for those cosy nights in. The spacious dining area with fantastic by-folding doors leading outside to the patio, has a quirky dining table than can be converted into a pool table for some after dinner fun. The well-equipped stylish bespoke kitchen is the perfect place to cook up a storm with electric oven and hob, grill, microwave, dishwasher and a large walk in pantry with American style fridge/freezer, with water and ice dispenser. Continuing back through the hall you are met with the games room with comfortable seating, Smart TV, table football and a selection of board games to enjoy, followed by the separate WC. Completing the ground floor is the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading up the stairs to the first floor you will find five beautiful individually decorated, stylish bedrooms. The first is the master super-king-size with Smart TV, Juliet balcony with lovely woodland views, a separate spacious dressing area with ample storage space and a fantastic en-suite shower room and WC. Next is the lovely king-size bedroom, with a Juliet balcony enjoying beautiful front garden views, Smart TV and en-suite shower room and WC. Continuing through the hall you are then met with a delightful king-size bedroom, followed by the stylish twin bedroom and then another wonderful double bedroom. Finally, completing the accommodation is the spacious stylish bathroom with lovely freestanding bath, separate shower and WC.

Venture outside to the beautiful mature fully enclosed garden, providing a safe haven for children and pets. Relax and enjoy a dip in the spacious private hot tub or enjoy al fresco dining and a lazy evening star gazing. There is ample off-road parking available.

Just Perfect in every way

Our family (5 adults & 2 kids & 4 dogs)had a fab weekend at the lodge. It had plenty of room for all of us and was well laid out. It had everything we all needed down to kids cutlery. The enclosed gardens were a god send allowing all dogs & children to run around safely. The hot tub was a nice bonus. Kirsty was very attentive throughout. This holiday home really exceeded our expectations. The facilities are modern and efficient, the home is perfectly located near a lovely restaurant and a local holiday park with a bar and kids play park.
