What an absolute gem of a cottage surrounded by stunning scenery. Really comfy beds, lovely wood burner for those chilly evening and a fab selection of films/books/puzzles. A beautiful well equipped kitchen which was a pleasure to cook in. Can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Mainly clean but sadly the dining table, crockery and cutlery and its tray were grubby with bits of food on them - the larger problem was the smell from the sewage system we thought at first maybe it was the river but sadly the smell was coming up through the en-suite drains into the house - we bought 4 air fresheners but it did not help the smell Read more- we have paid top price for summer holidays and feel very disappointed Hide

The cottage was ideally placed for us, the main road is quite close by but not busy. The weather for our stay was wonderful so being able to open the bi-fold doors onto the terrace was perfect. The inside of the house is very spacious with all the facilities you could need.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beautiful property. Really couldnt find fault with anything, very comfortable. The only thing we were missing was a visitor/guest welcome book/instructions but we managed okay without. Would definitely return.
