A separate dining room provides a pleasant place to enjoy meals together, particularly as the patio doors can be opened onto the garden. The kitchen, meanwhile, is well-equipped offering an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. The property has three bedrooms, the first of which is a restful king-size room. The second bedroom is a triple room, comprising a double and a single bed, making it ideal for a couple with a young child, whilst the third bedroom is a peaceful single room. The bathroom offers a shower-over-bath and WC. This property benefits from a lovely secluded garden, which is situated to the rear of the house and is accessed through the patio doors in the dining room.
Outside there is a generously-sized lawn which offers children’s play equipment, as well as a seating area with garden furniture and a BBQ.
