Fabulous house, great location, fantastic views, very comfortable lounge, plenty of seating, kitchen very well equipped, from ice maker to coffee maker! beds, pillows very comfortable and superior quality linen. Mr. Elliott owner, lives local and on hand if needed, nothing too much bother. Everything about the house is first class.

The view is worth the rental fee alone. The house is wonderfully designed and is larger than the photos show. Great entertaining space both in the kitchen and dining room. The garden is great for walking, relaxing, or in our case, kids playing American football. The location is great for the train or access to the motorway. You can also easily walkRead more into North Queensferry or walk to the beach or stroll the Fife Coastal Path. All in all, a wonderful house in a spectacular setting. Hide

The location is stunning and the whole package exceeds expectation. More could be made of the "snug" in the photos, it was fantastic to be able to send the children there to watch movies etc & save them being bored with the adults. Everything was top quality and a great venue for any special occasion.
