Charming ground floor apartment in superb central location, within a 10 minute walk of Princes Street and with the added benefit of private parking. The interior is bright, sunny and comfortably furnished in a traditional style. A delightful holiday home for visitors wishing to enjoy the cultural delights of the capital city.

The property is in a lovely Georgian crescent with natural, tree-lined gardens adjacent.   Leith Walk is a few minutes walk for excellent local amenities including shops, supermarkets, cafe's, bakeries/delis, pubs, wine bars and an enviable selection of restaurants.  Much of the city can be reached on foot from here and there is an excellent public transport service (day and night.)

As you enter the apartment into the hallway you will find the bright double bedroom the bathroom is adjacent and offers shower over the bath and WC.  The large well equipped kitchen has a electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave with seating area the perfect place to enjoy a good breakfast before the day ahead!  The lounge is bright and comfortable with views over the cobbled street and Hopetoun Gardens, there is a TV and DVD.

There is private residents parking to the rear of the apartment with access to the apartment from the parking area.

The apartment is situated In a quiet location close to local amenities and is a short walk from the city centre. It has everything you need, it is immaculate inside and the owners have ensured that you have plenty of home comforts. Absolutely perfect in every way and highly recommended.his is the best equipped property I have ever stayed in. Every little thing has been thought of and supplied. The location is superb just across Leith Walk from the famous Valvona and Crolla, the comfort level is high and I can understand why visitors return. Magda has the place spoRead moretless and was so kind and helpful when I managed to lose all TV channels by mistake.

Spotlessly clean and very thoughtfully equipped apartment in a wonderful location. We greatly enjoyed two weeks in Hopetoun Crescent, returning to many favorites in this wonderful city. We hope to return soon.

it was lovely , clean, perfect situated and had a superb Equipment Close to the appartment are shops, restaurants, bars and the centre is near Enterprise station for car rental is nearby you can have a nice walk to calton hill or Arthur seat The beautiful Leithwalk to the sea and britannia you can start directly from the appartment.

Magda let us in early & this suited her also which was good. She was absolutely excellent as a meet and greet with all essential info relayed. Apartment was spotless with all you would need. Nice quiet area and an easy walk into town. No need for buses or taxis if you enjoy a pleasant walk. Would definitely return here.

Very well equipped flat which is a short walk to Princes Street. There's a lot of choice for places to eat and drink nearby. We were met at the flat by Madga, who could not have been more helpful with any queries we had. In fact she was in the area as she saw that our flight had got in early so we didn't have to wait long to get into the flat.

This apartment is the best equipped we have ever stayed in containing everything and more anyone could want, also there was a very comprehensive information pack. It is no wonder people return year after year. Clean, comfortable and including parking, I wouldn't hesitate to return.

This was our 22nd stay in this ideal flat, this time for three weeks. It has always been clean, tidy and is better equipped than our own home. We have booked in for June 2019 and are already looking forward to our next stay. The owners have set the standard for a holiday flat rental.
