This 18th century Grade B listed three storey property, still retains many period features and charm, offering cosy living with 21st century comfort. Nestled in a peaceful private position, within a short walk to a beautiful sandy beach.  Situated in the historic coastal village of Kinghorn, with its attractive sheltered bay and splendid sandy beaches. Entering the house into the lounge with its open fire and period features.  There is a staircase which takes you to the lower ground floor where the kitchen is located as well as the bathroom which has a shower over the bath and WC.  There is a further staircase in the lounge which takes you up to the first floor where you will find the bright double bedroom with feature stone wall.

Regret no garden, but the sea front is within walking distance. Ample roadside parking at the front of the house.

A lovely cottage for 2 people. Spread over 3 floors with bedroom at top and bathroom at bottom. Everything provided and good value for money. Slightly low ceiling in basement and shower.

A warm cosy cottage.

The cottage was lovely, bigger inside than what you think it's going to be. There was everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of hot water the under floor heating is really good down stairs and the coal fire in the sitting room makes it very cosy. The bed was a little hard for my liking. Yvonne the caretaker was very friendly and helpful, the flRead moreowers are alovely touch. It's easy to get to different places and the local loch is beautiful we had a very good holiday. Hide
