The cottage is ideal for a family or group of friends who will not only appreciate the beauty of the area, but also the comfort, style and the many nearby attractions and facilities for everyone.
The village lies between the Beauly and Conon rivers on the famous NC500 route. The whole area known as, The Black Isle, has some of the prettiest scenery in Scotland. Explore Glen Affric, a National Nature Reserve, named the most beautiful of all the Scottish glens. An ideal location for wildlife enthusiasts, walkers and cyclists with quiet tracks leading you off-road and deep into the glen. Spot the famous Bottlenose dolphins at Chanonry point. Enjoy family days out at one of the sandy beaches, Black Isle Wildlife Park, Culloden Battlefield, Fort George, historic castles and the Cairngorm National Park, all within driving distance and are well worth a visit. Visit the highland’s capital of Inverness with its excellent leisure and shopping facilities, or take a trip by train from the local station to Kyle of Lochalsh.
On entering this charming bungalow, you will find the comfortable lounge with Smart TV and wood burner to enjoy cosy nights in while watching your favourite program with Netflix available, after a day out exploring. Continue through to the kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, and prepare a family meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table. From here there is a back door leading to the rear garden area. Head back to the hallway where you will find the family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. And when you are ready to retire there are three comfy bedrooms to choose from, a king-size with en-suite shower room and WC, a double and a twin.
Stepping outside, to the lovely spacious garden area with BBQ and seating to enjoy al fresco dining. The large grassed lawn is perfect for the family to enjoy a game of football or rounders. There is ample off-road parking and an outbuilding suitable for motorcycle and bicycle storage.
