Golf enthusiasts are also well catered for, with over twenty courses within easy reach including Gleneagles, Rosemount, Lansdowne, Perth and Dunkeld. Located just seven miles north of Perth with its excellent leisure and shopping facilities, close to the main A9 taking you straight into the highlands of Scotland, where you are able to enjoy everything from 'bagging a Munro' to white water rafting, skiing to sightseeing.
Entering the property into the spacious hallway, through to the light and bright pretty king-size bedroom with dressing room and French doors leading out to the patio area and gardens. Leading back through the hallway you are met with the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Next door you with find the utility room with washing machine. Leading up the stairs you are met with a beautiful spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Kitchen area, well-equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, fridge/freezer and large dining table that can seat up to eight guests comfortably. The lounge area has a TV/DVD, CD, selection of DVDs and French doors leading out the balcony with table and chairs, enjoying splendid views over the river Tay.
