Enjoying diverse views across the docklands to the Firth of Forth, this lovely apartment is on the 2nd floor of a contemporary development.   The charming interior is light and bright, each room is beautifully presented to offer a very smart and attractive holiday home.  The property is just a few minutes walk from Ocean Terminal which has excellent shopping and a selection of contemporary bars and restaurants, some overlooking the Royal Yacht Britannia, and a cinema complex. The cosmopolitan Leith Shore with its trendy wine / cafe bars and renowned restaurants is a short stroll away and for recreation, there is a leisure centre and swimming pool. Princes Street is just 2 miles away and there is an excellent day and night bus service.

As you enter the secure entrance into the apartment entrance you can either take the elevator or stairs to this second floor apartment.  As you walk into the hallway you will find the two double bedrooms one offers en-suite facilities with shower and WC.  The main bathroom has shower over the bath and WC.  The Lounge/diner is bright and homely with access to a small balcony, Freeview TV and CD player.  The kitchen is off the lounge with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and microwave.

About an hours walk from Edinburgh town centre. Apartment was comfortable, please be aware thought that the beds have feather duvets and pillows.

Appartment had everything we needed (Washing Machine, Dishwasher good shower over bath). 10min walk to Ocean Terminal and 15min bus (22) into Edinburgh. Small Balcony for Brekfast for 2 and evening drink. Highly recommend. Amazing location for night life and to walk along the river to leith shops. Short walk (5mins) to shopping centre where buses are frequent to get to Edinburgh centre.
