If you prefer your adventures on dry land, jump in the saddle for an exhilarating quad-bike ride across diverse terrain – be prepared to get muddy!

Not to be missed is the waterfront city of Dundee (45 miles). Explore the city on the Dundee Literary Trail, admire the artworks on display in The McManus Art Gallery and Museum where exhibits range from the life of early man in the area to paintings by Scottish masters. Head to the waterfront and be inspired at the V&A Dundee, the first design museum to be built in the UK outside of London. Step back in time at RRS Discovery and Discovery Point, walking on the fully restored ship and finding out how the crew survived being trapped in the Antarctic ice. Dine in one of the city's many restaurants and don't forget to purchase some Dundee cake or famous marmalade as a souvenir of your visit.
