Return from your day out and head inside to the light and well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of space means you can prepare a romantic meal together, and there’s extra seating at the breakfast bar. Take your dinner through to the lounge/diner, and once you’ve finished move straight from the table to a soft seat. Choose from the DVD selection for a cosy film night in or compete over one of the board games before settling down with a hot drink. Soak in the large walk-in shower and get a good night’s sleep in the charming king-size bedroom (through which you also have access to the twin). The cottage also has a triple-aspect sunroom, so you can sunny days and cloudless evenings together there making plans for the days ahead.
In the morning, grab a coffee from the machine in the kitchen and step outside to the seating on the lawn. The enclosed garden is a beautiful spot for taking in the scenery and spotting local wildlife.
