Attractive cottage offering welcoming accommodation for eight guests, situated on a large country estate, just two miles from the eastern shore of Loch Tay in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.

This property enjoys a quiet location on an attractive country estate surrounded by woodlands and picturesque scenery. Two miles west of the property, the eastern shore of Loch Earn and the waterside village of St Fillans make a fantastic destination for those who want to enjoy spending some time on the water, taking part in watersports, and enjoying tranquil walks around the edge of the Loch. Venturing further west, into the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, visitors will find the perfect setting for participating in a whole host of outdoor pursuits including mountain biking, climbing, and bouldering.  

On arrival at this attractive cottage, guests will find that the cosy lounge is the perfect place to relax after the journey perhaps lighting the open fire and sitting down with a cup of tea in front of the TV. Moving back to the hallway and through to the kitchen/diner, guests will find a large dining table, patio doors, and an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine. One of the property’s bedrooms, a pleasant double room, can be found on the ground floor of the property, whilst the remaining three bedrooms can be found upstairs on the first floor. Two of these are double rooms, whilst the third is a twin room. The main bathroom, also on the first floor, offers a bath and WC, whilst there is a shower room with a shower and WC on the ground floor.   The patio doors lead out to an enclosed shingled seating area, where guests will find garden furniture, making it a great place to enjoy alfresco meals. In addition to this, guests are able to enjoy walks around the estate, however, please bear in mind that this is a working farm and therefore, dogs must be kept under strict control at all times. There is off-road parking available.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Cottage was very nice for people wanting to walk in area. It was very warm and spacious plenty of seats in lounge. Fire worked well a bit smokey at first but great when it was going
