Enter from the hall into the well-equipped kitchen/diner, with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, dining area and French doors leading outside. Leading up a small flight of stairs from the kitchen you are met with the stylish light and bright lounge with beautiful Harris Tweed sofa, TV, DVD and hi-fi. Leading back through to the hallway venturing up to the next floor you are met with a delightful single bedroom. Continuing up the next flight of stairs you are met with the bathroom, with shower over bath, and WC. Next door to the bathroom you will find the light and bright double bedroom.

Venturing outside you will find a pretty decked area with table and chairs at the rear of the townhouse, with access from the rear door entrance and the kitchen. Private driveway with off-road parking for 1 car available.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.

It is a lovely townhouse. It is in an ideal location to explore Edinburgh. However, noise is notable on occasion with deliveries to hotel in front of property when trying to sleep.

Excellent place for exploring Edinburgh, handy for the buses and trams, there is some noise from deliverys at the premier inn over the road but only at certain times of day, did not really bother us while we were there. Everything you need is on the doorstep, and everywhere in the city centre is within an easy walk.

Excellent accommodation in a quiet location well placed for visiting Edinburgh 'attractions' - 15 mins from Waverley station, 50 yards from the tram terminus and 200 yards from the bus station. Friendly and very helpful owners. Have stayed here or in the next door property 6 or 7 times now and will certainly be back.

The cottage was lovely. It was well equipped and very clean and tidy..The cottage was easy to get to ....if you travel by air, you can catch the tram to York Place ..which is the last stop..it takes 35 mins...then the cottage is only 5 mins walk away .There is a chippy , a spar shop an d tesco wi5hin walking distance .
